ExactMats® Home & Office

All ExactMats Home & Office products are custom-made and carefully produced to meet the exact specifications (dimensions, material finish, corner shape, quantity, etc.) you’ve provided us. That said, due to the nature of "made-to-order" products, these items are non-returnable. 

That said, while errors are uncommon, if you believe your order was not filled correctly, has a manufacturing defect, or the product arrived damaged, please contact us within 14 days from delivery and before attempting any custom/DIY adjustments to the order. After all, customer satisfaction is our top priority! 

Note: If ExactMats finds an error has occurred on our end, the item(s) in question would be returnable and replacement(s) would be produced and sent back to you at our cost.

ExactMats® Automotive

At ExactMats, we understand that returns are sometimes necessary. That’s why we aim to make our returns process as simple as possible - if you are not 100% satisfied with your ExactMats Automotive purchase, you may return it for a refund (less return shipping costs) up to 14 days from the delivery date.

Because ExactMats Automotive products are custom-produced and made-to-order, returns must arrive unused, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging. 

STANDARD AUTOMOTIVE PRODUCT ORDER RETURNS

As a customer-centric organization, our returns policy is simple: if you are not 100% satisfied with your ExactMats Automotive purchase, you may return it for a refund (less return shipping costs) up to 14 days from delivery date.

RETURN PROCESS

To request a return, please email us with the name and/or email on the order, order number, reason for return, and any other feedback/comments you may have for us (we care about what you think!) in regards to your return request.

If you believe your order was not filled correctly, has a manufacturing defect, or the product arrived damaged (all rare occurrences), please include this information in your inquiry, alongside a photo showcasing the potential issue. We’ll do everything we can to make it right! 

Note: Returns must be approved and arranged by ExactMats Customer Support. All returns must be sent by mail or another agreed upon means of shipping. We will not process any returns in person.

Once your return has been received and inspected to ensure it meets our return criteria (usually within 3 business days of receipt), your refund (less return shipping) will be processed and issued to your original form of payment (this typically takes 7 business days or less, depending on your financial institution). Note: The actual refund can sometimes take longer depending on your credit card company, or other form of payment, and their individual processing methods.
